Director: Soumyaa Kapil Behrens Soumyaa Kapil Behrens is a director, writer and cinematographer based in San Francisco. She has an MFA in cinema production from San Francisco State University. She helped produce Kunjo, a film about refugee girls in India that is currently playing in festivals nationwide and abroad. Her last film, Climate Change, was screened at Santa Fe Film festival among others. Soumyaa has a background in live theatre and directs new plays. Her next direction, SF Stories will premiere May 13, 2010 at the Stagewerx Theatre in downtown San Francisco. She also teaches film production and writes for CineSource Magazine.
Executive Producer: Michael A. Behrens
Michael A. Behrens has 15 years of experience in film, television and theatre. He holds a degree in Theatre and a Masters in Nonprofit Administration. Michael is the Filmmaker Education Manager at the San Francisco Film Society where he has developed a curriculum of over 100 successful professional classes in the last two years. An enterprising producer, Michael's recent credits include Climate Change, Kunjo and Scoop Du Jour. Michael is also a writer for SF360 magazine.

Miyo Inoue, born and raised in southern Japan, came to the Bay Area in 1999
and is now deeply rooted in San Francisco. She has worked for several non-profit organizations in San Francisco, including SF Camerawork as interpreter, translator,
volunteer coordinator, and San Francisco Silent Film Festival. She has also held a position as marketing director and asset manager for a real estate investment company. She is planning to start her doctoral program in Japanese film and literature this
Fall.
